Chef Steve shares authentic Italian recipes, he made with his grandmother growing up, from the Crème-Delish® mobile kitchen called More Than Pasta. Based in The Woodlands/Spring area, we cater amazing Italian cuisine at an affordable price, but that is not all.

About Our Chef:
We are led by Chef Steve, Executive Chef at Crème-Delish® LLC. Steve is a chef with more than 23 years in professional kitchens, mostly fine dining and tapas style cuisine. By the age of 42, he had worked, and started restaurants, for the Cleveland Guardians, Cleveland Cavs, Akron RubberDucks, multiple hospitality groups, and Rock and Roll Food Trucks in Ohio. He has worked with the top chefs in Cleveland, food conventions, kitchen stadiums, Netflix shows, and has done private events for professional athletes and celebrities.

In 2019 Chef Steve started a small cooking broadcast on Twitch to raise money for kids with cancer. In 2021 he founded GCC (Good Cause Crusaders), a group of volunteers and content creators that help raise money for different charities. In 2021, chef Steve was grateful to be the first food and beverage content creator to be highlighted by Gaming Community Expo in their live global broadcast, a fund-raising event for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and is honored in having been invited back every year since. In November of 2022, Chef Steve moved to The Woodlands, Texas to use his talent, and passion as a chef, in an amazing fundraising effort. In 2023 he was awarded Starlight Children’s Foundation’s Content Creator of The Year, highlighting his accomplishments. To date, he, and GCC, have raised around $400,000 dollars for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Starlight Children’s Foundation.

Cuisine For A Cause:
Chef Steve’s passion for food, and determination to help kids be kids, combined with the public’s love for cooking shows, creates a unique platform for raising money for kids with cancer. Chef Steve shares his love for food with a community, as a content creator on Twitch.tv and Kick.com, where he raises money for kids with cancer, through donations, as he preps food for our clients. Simply put, the preparation of your order is used as content in a live, charity based, food and beverage broadcast. 100% of the donations during the broadcast go to the charity for things such as finding lifesaving cures, as well as, provide necessary distractions that help to keep the child’s mind off where they are, and what they are going through. The GCC, and their communities, have helped to save the lives of children all over the world through their generous donations, to amazing charities, such as St. Jude and Starlight.

In 2023 we added StackUp.org to the charities we raise funds for, in an effort to combat veteran suicide through gaming. This was the first time we had raised funds for StackUp.org and we look forward to working with them again in the future.
